About the event

Sunday, July 7 | 12:00 pm - 4:00 pm

As part of Lehigh Valley Passport to History month, Easton Cemetery invites visitors of all ages to learn about our past, present and future. There has been a lot of activity at Easton Cemetery and much of it is due to the many volunteers we are fortunate enough to have.  We hope you will visit the cemetery on July 7th to see what they are doing and what a difference they are making.

All events and activities are free, no reservations required.

12:00 pm - 4:00 pm | Main Entrance

Information and Merchandise

Stop by the info table to say hello, ask questions and support the cemetery

Honoring Veterans

Jonathan Prostak has spent many years going through Easton and Easton Heights Cemeteries making sure that each veteran has the proper flag holder. He is also recording information about each veteran.

He will give a brief talk entitled “Recognizing the Veterans of Easton Cemetery:  Finding, Researching, Documenting and Marking the Graves of 3,000 American Military Veterans in the Easton and Easton Heights Cemeteries.” He will then lead a walk through the cemetery pointing out the special flag holders.

In Downtown Easton:

11:30 am - 6:00 pm | Heritage Day Festival

If you're attending Heritage Day in downtown Easton on Sunday, stop by our information table and check out the Easton Cemetery display. We'll be in the non-profit area.
