Director of Development | Easton Cemetery

Location: 401 N. 7th Street, Easton, PA 

Job Type: Full-Time or Contract/Consultant

We are a nonprofit historic cemetery seeking a talented fundraising professional to help grow support for our mission of preservation, education, and community engagement. This role could be structured as a full-time staff position, a part-time staff role, OR a consulting/contract engagement for the right candidate.

 

Key Focus Areas

• Build and implement a fundraising strategy (annual giving, major gifts, grants, planned giving, events)

• Cultivate and steward donor relationships

• Identify new funding opportunities and partnerships

• Work with staff and board leadership to expand visibility and philanthropic support

 

What We are Looking For

• Demonstrated success in nonprofit fundraising

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Ability to work independently and strategically

• Interest in history, preservation, or cultural heritage is a plus

Compensation
Competitive and commensurate with experience. Structure (salary, hourly, or retainer) based on whether the role is full-time staff part-time staff or consulting. Salary range is $55,000 - $70,000.
